Workplace reasonable adjustments passport (W.R.A.P.)
Aûtentic's workplace reasonable adjustments passport (W.R.A.P.) has been designed with autistic people in mind, and focuses on communication and social needs, as well as sensory and predictability needs. The W.R.A.P. will also be useful for other neurodivergent employees and potentially, those with other disabilities.
We have provided comprehensive guidance to support individuals to complete their W.R.A.P. independantly, for review by their employer before agreeing adjustments, or with the support of a professional, colleague, line manager, HR representative or trusted family member or friend.
